Requested an ear trim or cut for my 3 year old son when I was also brought back for my son. Initially told this was no problem, then later in my cut, before wash, I was told that I would need to then have him signed in separately (by another employee who was quite unapologetic about this). Then, when we went to pay, I was told that my son was not likey to sit still for his cut, and that I should try again next time. We left without his cut, and we will never be returning again. Terrible attitude and service for this visit.
