Went there because my son likes the hot towel on his face. Stylist gave him a 1 star haircut and when pointed out that she missed an area that should have been shaved at a '1' she said, 'that's because I haven't cut that yet.' She never cut it and he had long strands poking out and it wasn't faded well at all. She then proceeded to try and ring up $27, even thought the junior MVP is $17, plus the 5 she added for the MVP 'Double Play,' which we didn't ask for. He only wanted the hot towel. She never said it will be $5 and include, blah, blah, blah. Feeling pretty jipped, certainly not worth the $25 (tip included) that we paid for a 10 year old boy's haircut. When we got home I got out my beard trimmer and Wahl hair cutting trimmer and fixed it myself, then proceeded to cut my own hair afterwards, which, after seeing his haircut, I am glad I did. Very disappointed. I give the stylist a 2/10.
